Der Käufergeschmack bevorzugte nun Metallic Lacke, auch war BUNT inzwischen ganz grundsätzlich ins Abseits geraten. Dort traf es sich gelegentlich mit Mario Gomez auf eine schöne Tasse Kaffee. …624 Gelb ist echt verdammt gelb. Die Mercedes Flower Power Malermeister setzten da noch einen drauf. Sie kreierten den fröhlich frechen, irgendwie nach abgebranntem Hanf duftenden Farbton 618. Was der Volksmund Quietschgelb, der Ornithologe Kanariengelb, der Obstbauer Quittengelb genannt hätte, tauften sie in Stuttgart DB 618 Mimosengelb. What the people of my hometown called squeaky yellow, the Ornithisode called canaries yellow, what the fruit farmers call quince yellow, the Stuttgart experts named mimosa yellow DB 618.
